Tenderloin Spinach Salad
Tenderloin Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cubed tenderloin, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp. green onions, chopped, 1/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms and dash of chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute tenderloin in butter; add Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, green onions, mushrooms and parsley and add Parmesan cheese last.
Serve on bed of fresh spinach with Bleu cheese dressing on the side.
Also may be garnished with more cheese and black olives.
