Tenderloin Deluxe
Tenderloin Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef tenderloin or eye of round, 2 tbsp. softened butter, 1/4 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove surface fat and connective tissue from meat; spread with 2 tablespoons butter.
Place on rack in shallow roasting pan. Cook 15 minutes, then baste in sauce.
Insert meat thermometer. Roast at 425° until 140° (rare).
For 2 to 3 pounds about 45 to 50 minutes.
