Tenderloin Deluxe
Tenderloin Deluxe is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 whole beef tenderloin (2 to 3 lb.), 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. chopped green onion, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1 tsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Spread tenderloin with 2 tablespoons butter.
Place on rack in shallow, uncovered, pan at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile in small pan, cook onion in second 2 tablespoons butter.
Add soy sauce, mustard and pepper.
Stir in sherry.
Heat to boiling, then pour over tenderloin and bake another 20 minutes.
Pass remaining wine sauce while serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
