Teacher's Perk Coffee Cake
Teacher'S Perk Coffee Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 24 frozen dinner rolls, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (regular, not instant) and 1 stick melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease Bundt pan or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the frozen dinner rolls in Bundt pan (extra large size).
If you don't have this pan, divide between 2 regular size Bundt pans, or experiment with a sheet pan.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Mix together the brown sugar and vanilla pudding.
Sprinkle the pudding mixture on top of the pecans.
Pour the melted margarine over the rolls. Spray plastic wrap with nonstick cooking spray; cover Bundt pan(s).
Leave on counter overnight.
In morning, bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
