Tea Cakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 tsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine butter, sugar, eggs, milk and flavoring.
Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thick.
Cut with a round cutter.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 12 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
