400Β°. Beat until well blended. Stir in oil vanilla.

Mixture thickens. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.

Stir into oil mixture. by teaspoon about 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Carefully press each cookie flat with bottom of glass that has been dipped in sugar.

Moisten glass with oil, then dip in sugar for extra crunchiness; pat several times.

Bake 8 minutes.

Remove from pan immediately. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
