Tater Tot Casserole
Tater Tot Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, can diced rotel, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, lb. american or velveeta cheese and 2 lb. tater tots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown ground beef, drain and spread on bottom of pan. Mix together Rotel and add cream of mushroom soup. Spread
Mixture over ground beef followed by the cheese. Cover the cheese with tater tots and bake about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
