Tasty Taco Pie
Tasty Taco Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce, 1 (8 oz.) velveeta cheese, 1 tbsp. dry taco seasoning mix and 1 pkg. crescent rolls (dairy section), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Brown ground meat; drain.
Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Spread crescent rolls onto cookie sheet.
Flatten.
Cook in oven 5 minutes.
Turn crescent rolls over.
Spoon on beef mixture.
Place Velveeta slices over beef mixture.
Return to oven until cheese melts. Remove pan from oven; top with lettuce and tomato.
Use taco sauce as desired.
