Tasty Stuffed Pasta Shells
Tasty Stuffed Pasta Shells is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. large shell pasta, 1 carton low-fat cottage cheese, 1/4 c. parmesan cheese, 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese and 1 jar spaghetti sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook shells and set aside.
In saucepan, saute garlic and mushrooms in margarine.
Mix with cottage cheese, spinach and Mozzarella cheese.
Spoon cottage cheese mixture into cooked shells and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until done.
