Tasty Cheese Ball
Tasty Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 (8 oz.) jar cheddar cold pack smoky cheese food, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 tsp. chopped onion and 2 tsp. chopped green pepper (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix the cream cheese, Cheddar cold pack and butter together until blended.
Add the chopped onion, green pepper (if desired), Worcestershire sauce and chopped dried beef.
Mix well; refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into one ball or two and roll in chopped pecans.
Wrap in Handi-Wrap, then foil.
Chill. May be made several days ahead of serving.
Good with crackers.
