Tapioca Pudding

Beat egg whites until they form peaks.
Add 1/2 of the sugar and beat.
Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and tapioca.
Cook and stir until it comes to a full boil.
Cool and add vanilla, almond and pineapple.
Fold in egg whites.
Serves 6.
