Tangy Pork Chops
Tangy Pork Chops is an impressive dinner. Made with 4 pork chops (1/2-inch thick), 1/2 tsp. salt (optional), 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 medium onions, chopped and 2 celery ribs, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Place chops in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add onions, pepper, celery and tomatoes.
Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bouillon. Pour over chops and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours.
Mix cornstarch and water until smooth and stir in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high heat for 30 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over rice.
