Tangy Meat Loaf
Tangy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. catsup, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard, 4 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 2 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In large bowl combine, catsup, brown sugar, and mustard. Reserve 4 Tbsp. mixture for topping.
To remaining mixture add Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and egg.
Blend well.
Stir in green peppers and Wheat Chex.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Break up Wheat Chex.
Add ground beef.
Mix well.
Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake in 350Β° oven for 65 minutes.
Spread top with reserved catsup mixture.
Bake additional 15 minutes.
