Tangy Carrots
Tangy Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 carrots, sliced, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1 tbsp. horseradish and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook carrots until just tender.
Drain, saving 1/4 cup of cooking liquid.
Place carrots in greased ovenproof serving dish. In small bowl, combine reserved liquid with mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and salt.
Spread over carrots.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs, paprika and parsley.
Bake at 375Β° uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
