Tandori Turkey
Tandori Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. turkey breast, 1/2 c. plain yogurt, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. paprika and 1 tsp. grated ginger root, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Bone the turkey breast and remove skin.
Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.
Let turkey marinate 8 to 12 hours.
Remove turkey from bag, reserving marinade.
Grill turkey over very hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
Serve with rice pilaf and a fresh steamed vegetable.
Serves 4 to 6.
