Tahitian Brunch Cake
Tahitian Brunch Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. banana cake mix, 3/4 c. water, 3 eggs, 8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice) and 1/4 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, eggs, pineapple, juice and nuts. On low speed, mix until moistened.
Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into pan.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool upright 25 minutes. Invert onto plate.
Cool completely.
Glaze cake.
