Tahini Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. tahini (sesame paste; unprepared), 1 to 2 lemons or limes, 2 to 3 cloves garlic, salt to taste and 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Beat all ingredients to smooth paste.
Add vinegar and water as needed if paste is too thick.
