Taffy Apple Salad
Taffy Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 egg, beaten and 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (save juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, egg and pineapple juice.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Stir in Cool Whip.
In large bowl, mix apples, pineapple, marshmallows and nuts.
Toss with cooled dressing and chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
