Taco Salad
Taco Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 (16 oz.) sour cream, 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 envelope taco seasoning and lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix cream cheese and sour cream and 1/2 envelope taco seasoning.
Brown ground beef and drain. Mix meat with 1 cup water and rest of taco seasoning.
Cook a few minutes, cool and drain. Layer: cream cheese mixture, meat mixture, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced peppers and cheeses.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with chips.
