Taco Pizza
Taco Pizza is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. bisquick, 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. corn meal, 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (optional) and 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix Bisquick and water.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle corn meal in pan.
Wet fingers and pat Bisquick dough into pan. If using refried beans, spread beans on.
Brown ground beef.
Add water and seasoning according to directions on back of taco mix. Add onion, tomatoes and green chili.
Spread beef mixture over beans.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400Β°.
Cut into large, cake-size pieces.
Top with remaining ingredients.
