Sylvia's Squash Casserole
Sylvia'S Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. squash, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 stick margarine, 1 1/2 c. grated cheese and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook squash and onion in water with a little salt until tender.
Drain off excess liquid.
Mash up the squash and onion a little.
Add margarine and 3/4 c. of grated cheese.
Stir until melted.
Beat eggs and add milk and blend well.
Add this to squash mixture.
Add stuffing mix to squash mixture, mixing well.
