Sylvia's Shepherd's Pie
Sylvia'S Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 10 large potatoes, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 large cans string beans, drained and 2 large cans corn (whole kernel), drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Saute ground beef and onions together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add pinch of sage, 1 pinch of mustard.
Cook until brown; drain and wash off.
Peel diced boiled potatoes, then mash boil beans, corn and carrots separately.
Cook squash until tender (drain).
In square 9 x 9-inch pan.
Layer ground beef mixture, green beans, squash, corn, carrots, mashed potatoes.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 325Β° until cheese is melted and browned.
