Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 to 20 oz.) pkg. frozen california blend vegetables, thawed and drained, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 of cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 of onion rings.
Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onion rings.
Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
Vegetables will be crunchy.
For more well done, precook according to package directions.
