Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup fried onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, covered.
Top with remaining cheese and fried onions.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
Grease pan.
