Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
This makes 6 servings.
