Swiss Vegetable Casserole
Swiss Vegetable Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag (about 3 c.) california blend frozen vegetables, thawed and drained or use fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 c. grated swiss cheese, divided in 1/2, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place vegetables in small, lightly greased, casserole dish.
Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of cheese.
Stir into vegetables.
Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Place remaining cheese on for the last 5 minutes of baking. Serves 6 to 8.
