Swiss Style Green Beans
Swiss Style Green Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Drain green beans and arrange half in bottom of a greased 2-quart baking dish. Beat eggs.
Blend in salt, pepper, tarragon and onion. Add cheeses to mixture. Spoon half of mixture over green beans. Add remaining green beans. Spread remaining mixture on top. Bake in a 350Β° oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned on top.
