Swiss Steaks
Swiss Steaks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. beef broth, 5 small potatoes, quartered, 1 c. sliced celery, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, partially thawed and 4 (4 oz.) cubed steaks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bring beef broth to a boil in a skillet.
Add potatoes.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add beans and celery.
Cook 5 minutes.
Remove vegetables and broth from skillet.
Add oil to skillet.
Brown steaks on each side.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Return vegetables and broth to pan.
Stir in mustard.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until hot.
