Swiss Steak in Foil
Swiss Steak In Foil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak (inch thick), 1 c. catsup, 1 large onion, sliced, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Tear off foot length of foil.
Fold shiny side in.
Combine catsup and flour and spoon half of it in center of foil.
Place steak on top. Season with salt and cover meat with onion and remaining catsup and flour mixture.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Fold foil over and seal securely.
Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
