Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 whole round steak, cut into 8 pieces (save bone), 1 green pepper, 2 medium size onions, 4 carrots and 2 large stalks celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Rinse pieces of steak and let drain.
Chop green pepper into small pieces.
Cut onions into 1/4's.
Cut celery in 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
Cut carrots into 1/4's long way and dice into small pieces.
Put all vegetables together after dicing; rinse well and let drain.
Put oil into frying pan. Brown steak on each side.
Salt and pepper well.
Set oven to 375Β°.
