Swiss Corn
Swiss Corn is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. canned whole kernel corn, 1 1/2 c. canned milk or cream, 2 eggs, 8 oz. grated cheddar or colby cheese and 1 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat and drain corn.
In mixing bowl lightly beat eggs.
Add milk, onion, salt, pepper and most of the cheese.
Stir well and add corn.
Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cube margarine or butter over top.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs on top, then remaining cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serves 12 to 14.
