Swiss-Broccoli Soup
Swiss-Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli, 2 c. milk, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In saucepan, heat bouillon in 1 1/2 cups water until dissolved.
Add broccoli, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
Add milk, cheese, nutmeg and a dash of pepper. Cook and stir until cheese melts.
Combine flour and 1/2 cold water; stir into broccoli mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
