Sweetheart Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. cold water, 1 (15 to 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 c. sugar and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a medium saucepan, soften gelatin in cold water.
Add undrained crushed pineapple.
Cook and stir until mixture starts to boil.
Reduce heat; continue to cook for one minute.
