Melt butter; add milk and sugar.
Add the beaten eggs to the butter mixture; mix.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, break the sweetbread into pieces distribute evenly. Spread apple pie filling over the sweetbread.
Pour the butter-egg mixture evenly over the top.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
