Sweet-Sour Chicken
Sweet-Sour Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. russian salad dressing, 8 oz. apricot preserves, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1/4 c. water and green pepper and pineapple for garnish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Place chicken in baking dish (clean up is easier if you line the dish with foil).
Mix the salad dressing, preserves, onion soup mix and water.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour covered.
Uncover and continue baking for half hour.
Before serving garnish with pineapple and green pepper.
