Sweet Potato Soufflé
Sweet Potato Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (1 lb. each) cans sweet potatoes, 1/2 stick oleo, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mash sweet potatoes.
Be sure to get all lumps out.
Add 1/2 stick oleo, nutmeg, sugar, milk, cinnamon and eggs.
Pour into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until firm.
Melt 1/2 stick oleo.
Add brown sugar, nuts and corn flakes.
Spread on sweet potatoes and bake for about 15 minutes.
