Sweet Potato Puff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes, 2/3 c. evaporated milk (6 oz. can), 1/4 c. butter, melted, 1 egg, beaten and miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine potatoes, milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt.
Mix well.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes. Top with marshmallows.
Broil until marshmallows are lightly browned.
(Be careful, marshmallows brown in seconds.)
