👨‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Place mashed sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl; add sugar, syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.

Beat until well blended.

Add eggs, milk, melted butter and vanilla; beat until well blended.

Pour into shell and bake 10 minutes.

Reduce oven temperature to 350° and continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack.
