Sweet Potato Pie
Sweet Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 or 4 sweet potatoes, salt to taste, 2 or 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar (more if needed) and 1/4 stick oleo, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Peel potatoes and slice.
Boil in salted water until tender. Drain potatoes.
Mash thoroughly and add eggs.
Mix well.
Add sugar and butter and milk and flavoring.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake on 350Β° until done.
This mixture will be soupy.
