Mix together 1 stick butter, mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Mix the brown sugar, nuts, flour and 1/3 cup butter.
Layer on top of potato mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour.
