Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. 10 oz. can sweet potatoes or yams, 3/4 stick butter or margarine, 8 tbsp. evaporated milk, 1 c. brown sugar and 3/4 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain sweet potatoes, then microwave sweet potatoes and butter in a bowl until soft enough to mash. Add 4 tablespoons evaporated milk.
Mix well with mixer and place in small casserole dish. Place remaining milk and butter along with brown sugar and pecans in a pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over the potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
