Cook sweet potatoes until soft enough to mash.
Add brown sugar, crushed pineapple and 2/3 of marshmallows.
Mash together. Place in a buttered casserole dish.
Sprinkle remaining marshmallows on top.
Bake in a 350Β° oven until heated through and marshmallows on top are softened and nicely browned.
