Sweet Potato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with desired amount of potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 c. orange juice, 3 tbsp. brown sugar and small marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
