Blend sugar oil; add eggs and beat well. Add all dry ingredients; thoroughly.
Sweet potatoes and vanilla and bake in well-greased and floured tube pan at 350Β°.
Can also be put in baking pan (optional).
Cream cheese icing is good on cake also.
