Mix tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard together. Mix egg, onion, crackers, meat, salt and pepper.
Shape meat into oval loaf. Place in shallow baking dish.
Pour rest of tomato sauce mixture on top.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes.
