Sweet n' Sour Meat Loaf
Sweet N' Sour Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or a meat loaf mix, 5 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 c. soft bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix first six ingredients and shape into 4 individual loaves. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Pour off pan juices.
While loaves are baking, stir cornstarch and brown sugar together.
Add to tomato sauce, pineapple juice, soy sauce, and prepared mustard. Cook sauce stirring until thick.
Pour over meat loaves and bake, basting often, for 40 minutes longer.
