Sweet-n-Sour Chicken

Drain pineapple; set aside juice.
Cut chicken breasts into chunks.
Cook in butter.
Add bouillon and carrots.
Cover and cook until tender.
Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce.

Add vegetables; cook until tender.
Serve over rice.
