Sweet Loaf Bread
Sweet Loaf Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. canola oil, 2 large eggs, slightly beaten and 1 2/3 c. whole-wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Lightly grease an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine sugars and oil; beat 1 minute.
Add eggs, beating well.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Add to first mixture and stir to moisten.
Fold in carrots, raisins and pecans.
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for awhile before removing from pan.
