Sweet and Sour Shrimp
Sweet And Sour Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, 1 medium green pepper, cut in strips, 1/4 c. green onions, sliced (with tops), 1 vegetable or chicken bouillon cube and 2 tbsp. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple chunks, reserving liquid.
Add enough water to make 1 1/3 cups liquid.
In saucepan, combine juice, pineapple, green pepper, onion and bouillon cube.
Heat to boiling.
Simmer covered for 3 to 4 minutes.
Blend brown sugar, cornstarch, cold water and vinegar.
Add to pineapple mixture.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Fold in shrimp.
Heat through.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
