Sweet and Sour Meat Loaf
Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/4 c. vinegar, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 small onions, minced and 1/2 c. soft, fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard.
Place remaining ingredients and 1 cup of sauce in a large bowl.
Blend.
Place meat mixture in a 2-quart Pyrex loaf pan.
Pour on remaining sauce.
Run knife along outside edge of pan to allow sauce to seep down side of meat loaf.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting.
